We offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Return Shipping Costs
Customer-Initiated Returns: If you change your mind about your purchase, you will need to cover the return shipping costs. These costs will be deducted from your original sale amount.
Damaged in Transit: If you receive a product that was damaged during transit, we will cover the return shipping costs. You must report the damage immediately upon receipt.
Reporting Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged product, you must contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery. Please provide all relevant images and proof of damage. If you fail to contact us within this timeframe, your request may be rejected.
Restocking Fee
All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within seven working days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after seven working days:
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us with your bank statement and credit card statement for further assistance.
